Stephanie N. Nikitenko
My primary area of practice is trademark law, focusing on both domestic and international prosecution, management, and enforcement. I represent and counsel clients in a wide variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, industrial technologies, household and personal care goods, medical devices, avionics, and more. My passion is providing the highest level of expertise, professionalism, and respect while advising clients. Developing efficient strategies and innovative solutions to enforce and protect our clients’ rights in the market is always at the forefront of how I advise.
I have a B.A. from Knox College, Illinois, and earned my J.D. at University of Illinois Chicago School of Law (f/k/a John Marshall Law School), where I was Editor for the UIC John Marshall Law School Review of Intellectual Property Law and President of the Intellectual Property Law Society.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending my time kickboxing, writing, sewing, baking, and indulging in the occasional video game. My husband and I love to travel, and we are always looking for our next hiking adventure!
