Anastasiya Kadukov
As a creative myself, I believe in the vital importance of protecting ideas, creativity, and brand identities. My primary practice is in trademark law, including trademark registration, enforcement, and litigation. I help clients navigate complex trademark disputes, whether it involves defending against infringement claims or challenging the validity of improperly acquired marks.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Finance from DePaul University, Chicago, and a law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School with a concentration in Intellectual Property law.
During law school, I served as the President of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association and participated in the Business Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic. I contributed to the Minnesota Journal of International Law as a Note Editor and published my Note: A War on Ukraine: A War on Culture; Protecting Cultural Identity in International Law, MINN. J. INT’L L (Sep. 4, 2024).
