The discussion will look at the implementation of the Madrid Protocol and some features of the Berne Convention and the advantages they confers on overseas parties seeking to secure rights in the U.S. This seminar is intended for professional IP practitioners who may not be familiar with the nuances of U.S. practice and procedure.
